RICS Valuations in Upper Boddington Northamptonshire
RICS Red Book Valuations can be provided for you, whether it is for help to buy, for a buy-out or sale, shared ownership staircasing, selling, or probate for a lost relative.
RICS Red Book valuations are property valuations carried out in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Global Standards, commonly referred to as the “Red Book.”
The purpose of any valuation is to give the property a Market Valuation using comparable properties.
What is involved?
We take your instruction over the phone or by email. Once our terms are signed, we will arrange to come round and view the property, we take photos of the property purely for our valuation report. We then compile a report with comparable properties in the area of your property. We may need to make adjustments to allow for differences with comparable properties. Once the report has been compiled, it is proof checked and then you can download it from your account on our portal.
The help to buy and shared ownership reports are valid for 3 months, if required we can undertake a review after three months for a reduced fee. If you need an extension to the report at six months from the initial valuation date, then we have to come back to the property and undertake a new valuation on the property, this is normal practice in line with the RICS & the RICS “Red Book” procedures.
We aim to return the report back to you by the end of the day following the site visit.
Our surveyor & valuer, Ian, is a Registered Valuer at RICS. His registration number is 6828748.
We do not provide property valuations for any form of secured lending.
